Christina Williamson, MBA, PhD Founder

After successfully losing over 130 lbs without surgery, fad diets, or starving herself, Christina was inspired to create a comprehensive wellness program called “Change is Possible.” Change is Possible is built on 12 practical principles that anyone can learn to become healthier. The program combines her transformational leadership expertise and weight loss experience. Christina enjoys helping others bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be as quickly as possible.

She is dedicated to applying transformational leadership principles towards healthy living, holistic wellness and sustainable results. She describes herself as a results-driven, thought provoking, passionate change agent. Determine to help others overcome adversity, she believes everyone can take steps towards a life of better health and wellness. Christina holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership Studies from North Carolina A&T University and completed her Six Sigma green belt certification through The Boeing Company. She is a certified Health and Wellness Coach and Schwinn fitness Instructor. Her publications include: The Impact of Perceived Leadership Behaviors on Subordinate Resilience and Business Teacher Immediacy and Students’ Affect Learning: The Mediating Role of Perceived Immediacy.

Heather Boarders, MBA, RD

After a personal experience with addressing high cholesterol through diet, Heather Borders was inspired to help individuals devise strategies to overcome the common challenges associated with implementing sustainable lifestyle changes. As a Registered Dietitian, her clinical interests include gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and weight management.

Heather has been dedicated to applying her professional experience and personal passion for healthy living towards health, wellness, plant-based nutrition, and preventative medicine. She describes herself as an ambitious, curious, energetic, science-loving, goal-setting, entrepreneurial type person who genuinely appreciates the opportunity to work alongside individuals with a desire to improve their health.  Heather completed her Nutrition & Dietetics training at University of North Florida and 1200-hour dietetic internship at Wellness Workdays. She has a professional plant-based certification from Rouxbe online cooking school and is a member of professional organizations such as the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics and the First Coast Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics.
